  • New Servicing System

    MOHELA is in the process of migrating the Direct Loan portfolio to a new servicing system. Some borrower loan information may not be available online via the MOHELA school portal. If data is not found, you should visit NSLDS to access the borrower details.

    If your student loan borrowers are having difficulty making payments due to the Coronavirus situation or for other reasons, please have them log in to their account to evaluate available repayment plans to lower their monthly payment or to postpone payments.
